Tuna pasta bake, everyone likes pasta and this is how me and my brother have made it:
- ginger
- garlic
- corriander
- tuna
- salt
- pepper
- chilli powder
- tumuric
- tuna
- chopped tomato tins
- pasta of your choice
- cheese
- olive oil (optional)
First cook some pasta, add some oil and salt to it and leave it to cook until it is ready.
In another pot use ginger and garlic and mix it with some chopped tomatos and corriander, after awhile add some tumeric and chilli powder to the mixture along with some tuna and mix it all together.
Once the pasta is ready drain the water and mix the pasta with the sauce in the other pot, then put everything into another container that can be put into oven.
After putting the pasta into a container on top of the pasta add the cheese you have chosen along with some corriander making sure everything is covered and olive oil, cook it for about 30-40 mins in the oven
This would be prefect for lunch or even for dinner and will leave you full after having it so you won't feel hungry after. You could also add olives to the pasta when making the sauce or add sun dried tomatoes on top or in the mixture along with chilli's just to make it more spicy and abit more flavour.
